Product Description

Used for electric heating equipment, steelmaking electric arc furnace, calcium carbide, ferroalloy, mining and metallurgy furnace, etc

The mica flange is made of 505-506 powdered mica paper impregnated with SAR-9 adhesive and made of hard plate insulation material by baking and hot pressing.

High mechanical strength, heat resistance, working temperature in 600°C-850°C long term use.It is widely used in electric heating equipment, steel making electric arc furnace, calcium carbide, ferroalloy, mining and metallurgy furnace, etc.The thickness of mica flange is 0.2-180mm, and the diameter can be processed according to customer requirements and drawings.Is a good padded insulation material.
